I have gone here for years with great service but after last visit - not again. Terrible experience. (1) Rhonda Did not follow request on my haircut. Even put in bangs! (2) Rhonda did not like my mask, and required me to put on a store mask that was used and had someone’s hair in it. I should have left then. I was too nice. (3)Rhonda charged me for MVP but only provided haircut. Due to issue 1 & 2, I just wanted to get out. Thought about contacting management - then found out Rhonda was store manager. Never again will I go

Stylist gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had. Literally acted like she was mad at the world. Looks like she put a bowl over my head and cut my hair. Pretty sure I could’ve done better honestly. Will not have her ever again.

Natalie is amazing! Always super friendly and I always come out looking like a rock star. I never leave without the hot towel and MVP
